HOUSE BILL NO. 529 "An Act amending the medical assistance                     
and community developmental disabilities grants appropriations in              
sec. 38, ch. 65, SLA 1993; and providing for an effective date" was            
read the second time.                                                          
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE                    
BILL NO. 529 be advanced to third reading and placed on final                  
passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.

The question being:  "Shall HOUSE BILL NO. 529 "An Act

asked unanimous consent that it be taken up at this time.  Without
